Summary: We spent most of a morning here. It was a fascinating and nostalgic trip back in time - and we are not even Ossis (we’re British) to life in the 60s and 70s when a divided Germany and Berlin was just how the world was. Was it a bit triumphalist? I’m not sure … I’m not sure that most of Britain didn’t look a lot like this too - though of course we were free to come and go as we pleased! I had to show a young girl how to use a dial telephone! She was just pushing her fingers into the holes.
